We agree in writing on the marketing channels, services and costs for your property. MLS listing distribution begins after participation is active and the listing agreement is signed, following seller instructions and the applicable platform rules.
Standard professional listing photography is included in full-service selling. Any separately purchased preparation, staging or other services are discussed and authorized in writing before costs are incurred. No commission rate is fixed by law.
How we approach feesMLS listing entry, updates and portal distribution are awaiting membership activation. We welcome inquiries. Listing orders, payments and publication dates remain unavailable until MLS participation is active.
