Referral-only activity

Introduce prospective clients through Averbrook. This plan does not authorize you to list, show, advertise properties, negotiate or hold client funds.

Each referral is handled through the supervising broker, with a written agreement and a record of the activity.

Your referral share

You receive 85% of an outside-broker referral fee actually received by Averbrook. For a referral that becomes an Averbrook listing client, the agreed share is 25% of the listing fees actually collected. Payment is within five business days after the applicable funds clear, under the affiliation agreement.

Your license remains your responsibility

Keep your license and any applicable continuing education current, and pay your state renewal or association-change charges. Parking is a description of this affiliation, not a separate state license status.

Membership and access

This plan does not include MLS access or association membership. Any applicable eligibility requirements, dues or waivers are checked before affiliation; there is no blanket promise that third-party charges are waived.

Joining and leaving

We verify eligibility, agree the referral-only scope and complete the required state association process before activity begins. Either party may end the affiliation on written notice under the agreement. No automatic or same-day state approval is promised.
