With full-service representation, the agreed scope can cover preparation, pricing, marketing, showings, offer review and transaction coordination.
After MLS activation, Averbrook’s $399 MLS-only option will cover listing preparation, entry and included updates. You handle showings and negotiation. Broker duties required by law still apply, and the listing agreement defines the arrangement.
Compare fees, responsibilities and separately priced services before signing. Any buyer-broker compensation you choose to authorize and closing costs are separate.
MLS listing entry, updates and portal distribution are awaiting membership activation. We welcome inquiries. Listing orders, payments and publication dates remain unavailable until MLS participation is active.
