The first package is free. After that it is $115 a package, $95 at ten or more a month, and $45 for a refresh of the same community inside 90 days. There is no rush fee and corrections are free. The full price list.
Please do not send unit owner personal information
We need counts and totals, never people. No owner names, account numbers, Social Security numbers or payment details. If a delinquency report contains them, remove those columns or simply tell us the count and the total instead. Holding less of that information is the best protection for your association and for us.
What happens next
- You get a written confirmation that the order was received.
- If anything is missing, you get one consolidated list of what we still need. Not four emails over two days.
- The turnaround clock starts when the last item arrives, and we confirm that start in writing.
- The finished package comes back for your manager to review and sign. Averbrook never issues or delivers anything itself.
